What you'll do

• Maintain and repair facility systems, including low-voltage electrical work
• manage infrastructure vendors and maintenance contracts
• operate, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC, humidity, UPS, transformers, switchgear, generators, electrical distribution, emergency, fire, and security systems
• coordinate generator and UPS maintenance and load transfers
• prepare maintenance procedures
• conduct walkthroughs and manage work tickets
• support infrastructure projects, uptime reporting, capacity planning, and budget planning
• participate in on-call coverage and respond to emergencies.
