Sales Supervisor

What you'll do

• Model customer service, clienteling, and sales interactions and ensure staff follow service standards
• meet store and metric goals
• grow and manage clientele
• demonstrate product knowledge and support staff learning
• encourage team selling
• partner with Visual Merchandising on floor sets, window changes, and projects as needed
• ensure daily opening and closing follow company guidelines
• maintain policy knowledge
• support inventory accuracy and shrink reduction
• process point-of-sale transactions
• diffuse team conflict and escalate when necessary
• track, monitor, and communicate business results
• teach associates to support a positive client-centric environment.
