What you'll do

• Assist with developing, implementing, and monitoring individual behavior plans
• support staff in managing student behavior
• provide crisis management support as needed
• conduct observations and behavior reporting
• conduct Functional Analysis Assessments and collect data
• participate in IEP meetings
• train staff on behavior support practices
• communicate with parents and community partners.
