What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and account servicing
• process account openings, transfers, distributions, contributions, beneficiary updates, and maintenance requests
• prepare meeting materials and reports
• coordinate client onboarding paperwork and system setup
• track outstanding items
• maintain accurate CRM and account records
• follow bank policies, fiduciary standards, and regulatory requirements
• identify process improvements
• communicate account status and service updates.
