Senior Human Resources Consultant

The Senior Human Resources Consultant role is hybrid, based in Irwin, PA, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern schedule. Compensation is not specified. Keystone’s Risk Management division provides agencies with safety, claims and human resources expertise. The consultant advises clients on HR practices and employment compliance, while developing and implementing initiatives that support workforce effectiveness and organizational success. The role combines client guidance, training, policy work, recruiting and leave administration.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on employee relations, performance management, hiring and termination, wage and hour compliance, unemployment claims and leave administration
• prepare and present HR training
• audit HR processes and policies
• draft and revise handbooks and documentation
• provide onsite client consulting as needed
• contribute HR content
• manage full-cycle recruiting
• promote HR consulting services
• maintain knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
