Shipping and Receiving Clerk — First Shift

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk — First Shift role is onsite in Portland, Oregon. Compensation is $21.50 per hour. The position supports IFCO's shipment and inventory operations. What you'll do

• Check incoming shipments against invoices and bills of lading
• track shipment schedules
• inspect inventory for damage or discrepancies
• verify and record items loaded for shipment
• maintain shipping records and shipment data
• notify supervisors of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions
• prepare bills of lading
• complete in-transit damage claims
• perform other clerical duties as needed.

Why this role

Primarily scheduled on first shift, with flexibility expected for planned second-shift scheduling. High school diploma required; general office administration experience and Microsoft Excel skills required or listed, with shipping and receiving and SAP experience preferred.
