What you'll do

• Design and implement staffing patterns for professional and nonprofessional nursing employees
• establish nurse and nursing assistant schedules
• advise human resources about staffing needs and employee changes
• interpret human resource policies for nursing staff
• participate in in-service training and coordinate training classes with the Director of Nursing
• secure coverage for absences and adjust schedules
• maintain leave and absence records
• assist with administration of the facility uniform policy. Strong Excel and Word skills and knowledge of AHCA regulations are required.
