What you'll do

• Provide primary and behavioral health care within certification scope
• administer and monitor medications
• support recovery, independence, and personal choice
• help identify client strengths, needs, and goals
• assess risk and respond appropriately
• maintain clinic hours and see some clients in the community on a flexible schedule
• provide nursing care within scope
• obtain laboratory specimens
• document services in the electronic health record
• coordinate referrals and follow-up
• and attend staff meetings.
