What you'll do

• Lead supplier contracting from intake through signature and amendments
• draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, professional services, SaaS, and hosted-platform agreements
• clarify requirements with stakeholders
• coordinate reviews with Legal, Security, Privacy, and risk partners
• and maintain accurate contract documentation in procurement systems.
