The Event Coordinator – SAP Center at San Jose role is onsite in San Jose, CA. Pay is $20.15 per hour. The part-time position supports event managers in creating guest experiences at SAP Center and Tech CU Arena for hockey games, concerts, family shows, and other events. The coordinator assists with event setup, guest and tour needs, and event operations across game, load-in, show, and load-out shifts. The work helps venues prepare safely and efficiently for events and supports a positive experience for guests and visiting teams.

What you'll do

• Assist with and verify event setup
• help identify and remedy ADA or Life Safety Code issues
• drive on-ice officials during Sharks games
• coordinate visiting-team food handoffs
• coordinate dressing-room assignments and setups
• support tour VIP party needs
• respond to event-manager radio calls
• assist with show gifts
• help with barricade breakdown and dressing-room resets
• maintain rapport inside and outside the organization.

Why this role
