Preventative Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect HVAC, plumbing, electrical, equipment, and building systems
• identify potential maintenance concerns
• replace filters, belts, and routine maintenance items
• document preventative maintenance tasks and inspections
• assist with general repairs and service requests
• maintain tools and equipment
• follow safety procedures
• assist with emergency maintenance needs when required.
