What you'll do

• Lead branch operations
• oversee budgeting, revenue growth, expenses, payroll, billing, and financial reporting
• maintain client and referral-source relationships
• recruit, hire, develop, and lead staff
• manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, risk management, and human resources activities
• lead quality improvement and compliance meetings
• support business development
• and develop programs for clients and referral partners.
