What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• respond to questions and concerns
• assist with account, billing, and membership inquiries
• explain memberships and amenities, give tours, and support sign-ups
• process memberships, cancellations, and payments
• answer phones
• follow assigned opening and closing procedures
• perform cleaning duties and help keep the club organized and safe.
