What you'll do

• Coordinate job tasks and equipment with the field superintendent or project manager
• manage daily crew schedules and priorities
• report project status and site needs
• review project scope, submittals, drawings, and related documents
• submit daily reports
• order concrete and materials
• prepare two-week look-ahead schedules
• lead safety talks and daily huddles
• oversee quality standards
• resolve project, material, employee, and communication issues.
