Human Resources Intern

What you'll do

• Coordinate interviews across time zones and manage candidate communications and logistics
• support recruiting through sourcing, resume review, applicant tracking, and pipeline reporting
• assist with onboarding, I-9 verification, employee files, HRIS data entry, and record audits
• draft and post job descriptions
• support candidate experience for onsite and virtual interviews
• prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up tracking
• contribute to process improvement and special projects
• handle confidential information discreetly.
