What you'll do

• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to advance U.S. technical strategy
• lead assigned technical functions and teams
• assess capabilities, resources, and priorities
• develop technical leaders
• advise executives on technical, product, market, and organizational matters
• support product development, innovation, technical services, testing, codes, approvals, quality, specifications, and warranties
• collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Procurement
• represent SOPREMA with customers and industry stakeholders
• support hiring, development, succession planning, budgets, and performance expectations.
