What you'll do

• Monitor consumer behavior and implement behavior management programs.
• Document shift activities, incidents, and consumer progress.
• Maintain the safety, appearance, and cleanliness of the home.
• Assist with hygiene and daily living needs.
• Distribute medications according to certification guidelines.
• Supervise and transport residents to community activities.
• Act as an advocate and role model for consumers.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
