What you'll do

• Write, submit, and track grant proposals, reports, and renewals
• manage grant compliance, documentation, deadlines, and audits
• coordinate with internal teams on budgets, narratives, and measurable outcomes
• maintain relationships with government agencies, foundations, corporations, and community partners
• monitor grant performance and support continuous improvement.
