Personal Care Caregiver

The Personal Care Caregiver role is onsite in Medford, OR, and is part-time, with pay of $19–$22 per hour. Right at Home Southern Oregon serves clients across the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. The caregiver helps seniors and vulnerable adults live safely and independently at home. The role combines personal care, companionship, household assistance, and communication with the office team, following individual care plans and documenting daily care.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• provide medication reminders
• assist with mobility and transportation
• maintain a safe and supportive home environment
• follow care plans and document daily care notes using a mobile app
• communicate with the office team.
