What you'll do

• Start up and lead the Irving fulfillment center
• establish and improve processes to meet KPIs and increase efficiency
• work with HR to hire and develop onsite leaders and team members
• coordinate with senior operations and client services leaders
• ensure client expectations and operational deliverables are met
• maintain a safe work environment and oversee the facility P&L budget.
