Compensation is $31–$35 per hour. The Maintenance Technician — 3rd Shift is an onsite, full-time role in Gastonia, NC, with a stated $1-per-hour third-shift premium; base The technician supports Stabilus’s automated gas spring production facility, part of a global motion-control solutions company. The technician troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains production equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems. The role helps keep production equipment operating reliably and supports preventive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Respond to equipment breakdowns
• perform electrical, electronic, and mechanical repairs
• execute and support preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems
• read schematics
• log maintenance in SAP-PM
• communicate equipment status to production supervision
• support continuous improvement and follow safety, environmental, and electrical codes.
