What you'll do

• Oversee industrial construction projects valued at $25 million or more
• lead and mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and project engineers
• manage cost projections, budgets, and subcontractor schedules of values
• maintain compliance with building codes and quality standards
• develop and manage project schedules
• coordinate with superintendents through site visits and strategy sessions
• and take ownership of project issues and conflict resolution.
