Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Process accounts payable
• code invoices, vouchers, and check requests
• follow approval processes and internal controls
• monitor invoice discounts
• prepare weekly check runs and ACH batches
• handle vendor correspondence
• resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, and payment discrepancies
• reconcile accounts and vendor statements
• maintain the master vendor list
• administer company credit cards
• provide backup for accounting duties
• prepare payment reports
• match invoices with open purchase orders.
