What you'll do

• Own the learning strategy for Network Innovation Office initiatives
• partner with subject-matter experts to develop training
• design and produce learning materials
• deliver live training and develop train-the-trainer resources
• manage learning content on the LMS
• measure training effectiveness and adoption
• analyze learning data and improve content
• manage training workstreams as projects
• support other Network Innovation Office initiatives when training workload allows.
