The Fieldwork Student Program – Applied Behavior Analysis role is onsite in Hartland, MI, paying $23–$25 per hour. Mercy Plus provides a center-based ABA setting where students can gain supervised clinical experience while pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification. The student provides direct ABA services and develops clinical skills through supervision, training, data work, and exposure to assessment and treatment programming, connecting coursework with practice and progressing toward certification.

What you'll do

• Provide direct ABA services
• implement individualized treatment and behavior plans
• collect and analyze client data
• participate in BCBA supervision and clinical training
• develop assessment and treatment-programming skills
• collaborate with clinicians, technicians, families, and center leadership
• participate in eligible supervised fieldwork activities.
