What you'll do

• Support M&A deal due diligence by reviewing contracts and records
• Assist in drafting litigation summaries and organizing case files
• Help maintain corporate records and board resolutions
• Provide general business legal support including research and issue spotting
• Collaborate with the compliance team on policy updates and risk assessments.
