What you'll do

• Depending on the role and each client’s care plan, provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders
• assist with errands, shopping, and transportation as needed
• follow care plans
• and report changes in clients’ conditions.
