What you'll do

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily assignments
• prepare food items and serve meal trays
• handle soiled dishes
• operate dietary equipment
• maintain clean and sanitized work areas
• work around routine cleaning agents and sanitation chemicals.
