What you'll do

• Complete daily revenue audits and reconcile cash, card, point-of-sale, and other transactions
• investigate discrepancies
• process invoices and expenses
• coordinate payroll information and employee changes
• prepare financial and operational reports
• support month-end accounting
• track expenses and budgets
• maintain records and systems
• coordinate supplies and purchasing
• track deadlines and follow up on documentation
• support leaders and collaborate with spa departments and corporate teams
• handle confidential information discreetly.
