What you'll do

• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• document symptoms and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
• prepare cost estimates and repair orders
• obtain approval signatures and enter repair orders into the service database
• explain estimates and answer questions
• coordinate customer updates, towing, and temporary transportation as applicable
• oversee quality control, technician efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times.
