The Product Manager, Fleet Telemetry, Controls & Optimization role is hybrid in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $130,000–$200,000 per year. Verse builds energy intelligence software for data centers and other large energy consumers, including real-time control of batteries and other distributed energy resources. The Product Manager owns the telemetry, controls, and optimization product layer, translating customer-site equipment needs into product requirements and reliable dispatch workflows. The role works with engineering and data science to improve integrations, execution, recovery, and platform reliability.

What you'll do

• Drive integrations with battery manufacturers and meters
• own fleet telemetry and real-time controls features from requirements through release
• define end-to-end dispatch requirements from cloud optimizer to site
• partner with engineering and data science on optimization decisions and failure recovery
• write technical product requirements, test plans, and scenarios
• support deployment, scheduling, rollback, and results reporting
• monitor dispatch health and prioritize reliability work.
