What you'll do

• Clean grounds, interior and exterior common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks, and alleyways
• assist with light maintenance such as changing light bulbs and air conditioner filters
• track and communicate inventory levels
• maintain equipment and supplies safely and orderly
• respond to spills and accidents and place caution signs when appropriate
• report repairs and safety hazards to the site manager.
