What you'll do
- Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
- complete scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to resident and staff requests. Maintain building interiors and exteriors, lighting, storage areas, and supply inventory
- perform repairs involving electrical work, carpentry, HVAC, painting, plaster, and plumbing
- inspect property and equipment
- assist with trash removal and furniture moves
- perform landscaping and grounds maintenance.
