The Painter role is onsite in Alaiedon Township, MI, with work also described in Lansing, MI. Pay is $20–$28 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports painting and restoration projects for the client represented by Volarify. This role prepares and paints interior and exterior surfaces to project specifications, including completing extensive drywall work from installation through final finish. It contributes to quality project outcomes through careful preparation, safe work practices, and organized job sites.

What you'll do

• Read blueprints and instructions
• assess work
• prepare sites and surfaces
• build scaffolding and cover fixtures
• scrape, sand, remove old paint, tape, and fill cracks and holes
• mix and apply paint and finishes
• complete drywall installation, taping, mudding, finishing, repair, and texture matching
• follow safety rules
• maintain clean job sites and vehicles
• participate in the required after-hours on-call rotation.

Why this role
