What you'll do

• Prepare meals following menus and processes
• serve food at appropriate temperatures and plating
• follow meal-service procedures
• interact with residents in the dining room
• wash dishes, pots, and pans
• follow kitchen task and cleaning schedules
• track resident diet orders, allergies, and preferences
• maintain food-service records and storage
• stock the beverage bar
• coordinate refreshments for tours and events.
