The In-Person Co-Consult Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) role is onsite in Columbia, MD, and surrounding areas. Pay is $100–$115 per hour. Actify ABA provides in-person clinical support to existing cases while primary BCBAs retain case ownership. The co-consulting clinician supervises assigned cases in person, provides monthly parent training, supports treatment integrity, and gives feedback to the clinical team. The role contributes clinical oversight and quality of care without primary responsibility for treatment-plan ownership, report writing, or case management.

What you'll do

• Provide in-person supervision to RBTs on assigned cases
• deliver one hour of parent training per case each month
• support implementation of treatment plans developed by primary BCBAs
• provide clinical-team feedback
• and ensure services align with ethical and regulatory standards.
