• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the E.P.I.C. Curriculum
• maintain a safe, stimulating, inclusive classroom
• mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• communicate with families
• observe, assess, and document children’s progress
• maintain classroom materials and organization
• model professional conduct
• comply with state regulations and center policies.
