What you'll do

• Communicate with adjusters, customers, and colleagues
• serve as liaison for customer calls and correspondence
• answer incoming calls
• enter incoming jobs into operations systems for dispatch
• assist with scheduling services
• update customers on service status, scope, and paperwork
• track quality assurance
• review job-site photos and enter daily notes, work, and equipment
• write estimates in restoration software
• track office supplies
• maintain complete job documentation
• perform other duties as needed, including field work during larger losses.
