What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• support venue leases and other complex arrangements
• prepare corporate documents and coordinate filings
• work with outside counsel on intellectual property registrations
• review and update policies
• support employment compliance and contractor agreements
• assist with fundraising and strategic transactions
• and maintain legal templates, records, trackers, and renewal dates.
