Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving issues using blueprints, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep production running efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR technical degree in a related field OR journeyman’s card. Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and code books. Strong understanding of electrical theory, controls, and codes. Experience with line setups, inspections, and electrical testing equipment. Solid math skills (fractions, percentages, measurements).
