The Project Detailer — Steel Fabrication role is onsite in Omaha, NE. Pay is $25–$35 per hour. The position supports steel project detailing at Specialty Fabricating Company, which provides steel solutions for projects. The detailer prepares project drawings and answers technical questions throughout project lifecycles. Accurate, clear drawings help fabricators and customers understand project requirements and support timely release of work at each drawing phase.

What you'll do

• Detail projects ranging from small to multi-ton
• prepare approval, erection, part, and assembly drawings
• answer detailed questions during project lifecycles
• anticipate potential project issues and take steps to prevent them
• use AutoCAD to produce detailed project prints
• create clear drawings for fabricators and customers.

Why this role
