Clinical Manager — Hospice

The Clinical Manager — Hospice role is onsite in Davis, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and a rotating administrative after-hours on-call responsibility. Compensation is $130,000–$135,000 annually, plus additional bonus opportunities. YoloCares is a nonprofit hospice organization focused on compassionate, patient-centered care for people living with life-limiting illnesses. The manager leads an interdisciplinary clinical team and oversees daily clinical operations in partnership with the Chief Clinical Officer. The role supports safe, coordinated hospice care through staff development, clinical guidance, resource oversight, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to clinical staff
• support orientation and competency development
• provide clinical guidance for complex situations, symptom management, and hospice care planning
• oversee staffing, scheduling, workload, census, and resources
• ensure documentation and regulatory compliance
• participate in QAPI
• facilitate communication across the interdisciplinary team
• participate in the shared administrative after-hours on-call rotation.
