Children’s Coach

Job overview

The Children’s Coach role is onsite in Columbus, OH, with a flexible part-time or full-time schedule depending on studio needs. Pay is $18–$24 per hour. KidStrong Polaris helps parents build children’s physical, cognitive, and character development through its evolving curriculum. The coach leads classes for children roughly 12 months to 11 years old, teaching the provided curriculum and helping maintain a safe, engaging class experience. The role also explains the curriculum to parents and supports the center’s daily operations and programming.

What you'll do

• Coach classes of 6 to 15 children
• teach the KidStrong curriculum
• keep classes on schedule and at the appropriate pace
• greet students and parents or guardians
• demonstrate and manage exercises
• maintain center cleanliness
• record class data in the KS Coach’s App
• attend programming and required staff meetings
• complete required training and certification.
