What you'll do

• Lead store operations and staff
• provide and model guest service
• support sales initiatives and the shopping environment
• recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and retain associates
• oversee transactions, payroll, inventory, merchandising, loss prevention, safety, and store records
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• monitor sales, profit, and shrink goals
• complete cash reconciliation and deposits
• communicate with associates and the District Manager.
