What you'll do

• Manage quality assurance for assigned products, processes, and programs
• monitor controls, define performance indicators, and analyze trends
• facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions
• perform internal audits and assist with third-party audits
• present compliance findings to certification authorities and customers
• represent Quality as a subject matter expert on cross-functional teams
• document best practices and coach or train team members.
