What you'll do

• Build relationships with Select Employee Groups, businesses, associations, nonprofits, and community partners
• prospect and generate new business
• expand membership and deposits
• support Business Banking and Cannabis Banking portfolios
• lead, coach, and develop Business Relationship Managers
• collaborate with cross-functional teams
• evaluate performance metrics and support strategic projects.
