Property Manager, Industrial Portfolio

The Property Manager, Industrial Portfolio role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with compensation of $95,000–$115,000 per year. The position oversees an assigned portfolio of industrial properties in the Puget Sound region for SCHNITZER INVESTMENT CORP. The role coordinates property operations, financial management, tenant and lease administration, vendors, and capital projects to keep properties efficient and aligned with company standards and ownership objectives. It also leads the property team and responds to property emergencies, including after-hours issues as required.

What you'll do

• Lead and coach property team members
• inspect properties and oversee preventive maintenance and regulatory compliance
• prepare budgets, CAM estimates and reconciliations, and property reports
• review operating statements, variances, receivables, and invoices
• administer leases and tenant communications
• coordinate vendors and capital and tenant improvement projects
• maintain insurance certificates, incident reports, and property records
• travel regularly to assigned properties and respond to after-hours emergencies.
