What you'll do

• Complete multi-step bioinformatics data-analysis tasks

• use scientific software, code, and command-line tools to produce reproducible analyses and structured outputs
• develop Jupyter validation notebooks in Python or R
• interpret results and communicate assumptions, uncertainty, and conclusions.
