What you'll do

• Assist residents with dressing, eating, grooming, hygiene, mobility, communication, and toileting
• follow personalized care plans
• observe residents and report changes or concerns to nursing
• build relationships with residents and families
• participate in community activities and wellness programs
• collaborate with Health & Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle, and Hospitality teams
• document services provided or declined
• deliver respectful, timely, personalized care.
