What you'll do

• Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities with operations, culinary, finance, HR, and safety leaders
• design, build, and maintain solutions using ChatGPT, Codex, Power Platform, and lightweight scripting
• iterate tools through adoption
• develop training curricula, documentation, and prompt libraries
• run live sessions and office hours
• establish practical data, review, documentation, and build-versus-buy guardrails with IT, Legal, and Information Security
• deliver operational reporting, financial tools, culinary utilities, communications support, and knowledge resources as needed.
